Semi-Private
Semi-Private Personal Training is a unique training option that combines the benefits of one-on-one personal training with the affordability of small group training. These sessions will be led by one of our certified personal trainers, and 2 to 4 clients participating. This format allows for personalized attention and guidance from the trainer, while also fostering a supportive and motivating group dynamic.
