Lexi Grace
Meet Lexi Grace, a passionate health and fitness expert with a background in competitive cheerleading and collegiate track and cross-country. She holds a degree in Education with a minor in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of Dayton.
Originally from Dublin, Ohio, Lexi moved to Charleston during the pandemic, bringing her love for strength training and nutrition to MOVMNT Personal Fitness. With certifications in NASM Nutrition, Personal Training, and Health Mindset Coaching, Lexi is dedicated to helping clients fine-tune their fitness and nutrition goals. When she’s not coaching, Lexi enjoys beach days with her doodle Oakley, traveling, and spending quality time with family. She is excited to help others build strength and improve their lives in and out of the gym!
Brandon Stevens
Brandon Stevens is a dedicated fitness coach at MOVMNT Personal Fitness, who brings a rich background in sports and education. A graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Physical Education, Brandon’s athletic roots run deep, having played football, baseball, and basketball, with football being his favorite.
Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, and a Liberty High School alum, Brandon moved to Charleston in 2017 to begin his career as a teacher. After six years in education, he transitioned to the fitness industry, finding a new passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Brandon enjoys the connections he’s made at MOVMNT, working with clients from all walks of life, from business owners to community leaders. He’s excited to continue sharing his love for fitness and helping clients reach their full potential.
Allie DeHart
With a lifelong passion for fitness and a heart for helping others, Allie Dehart brings both expertise and compassion to her role at MOVMNT Personal Fitness.
A Liberty University graduate, she earned her degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration and has a strong athletic background in field hockey and soccer. Allie is especially passionate about working with clients over 50, helping them improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness. She loves being part of the MOVMNT community, where she uses her skills to inspire clients to feel better, move better, and embrace a healthy lifestyle that goes beyond personal appearance.
Jesse Covele
Meet Jesse, a dedicated personal trainer at MOVMNT Personal Fitness. Born and raised on a farm in Australia, Jesse’s journey into fitness and wellness has been shaped by his diverse experiences. He played soccer at the highest level in Australia, honing his athletic skills and discipline through competitive sports. Alongside soccer, Jesse has also pursued his passion for dance, performing professionally for the past 10 years.

Andrew Howard
Welcome to MOVMNT! My name is Andrew Howard, and I’m thrilled to share my fitness journey with you. Like many coaches, I began my path in a bustling commercial gym, captivated by the vibrant atmosphere, the camaraderie among members, and the invigorating sound of weights clanking. It was in that environment that I discovered my passion for fitness, a passion that has only grown over the years.
After two transformative years of training and learning, I found my niche in working with seniors. I realized that this demographic deserves specialized attention and care to help them thrive in their fitness journeys. Since then, I have dedicated myself to continuous education, earning numerous certifications and learning from experienced coaches who inspired me to elevate my knowledge and approach. Staying informed on the latest health studies has been a priority, ensuring that my clients receive the most effective and safe training possible.
Fast forward seven years, and after gaining invaluable experience in various fitness facilities, I am proud to announce the opening of my own training facility right here in Park West. At MOVMNT, I specialize in working with men and women aged 50 and older, creating tailored programs that focus on strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
